- the assessment of impacts of planning documentation on sustainable development of the territory has been embodied in the Building Act
- the assessment is submitted along with the landscape and urban plan draft or another landscape and urban planning documentation; an authorization issued by the Ministry of Environment is obligatory for the preparation of the assessment – we are the holders of the authorization
- in some cases, the so called Natura 2000 assessment (which means the assessments of landscape and urban planning documentation significantly affecting Natura 2000 sites) used to be a part of the assessment
