Natura 2000
- in case that the nature conservation authority does not exclude significant effect of a plan or programme on the conservation objectives of Natura 2000 sites, it is obligatory to made an assessment of the impact of plan on these sites, in compliance with the provisions of the Act on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape
- the authorization issued by the Ministry of Environment is obligatory for the preparation of the assessment – we are the holders of the authorization
- experienced company experts prepare an assessment regarding any taxonomic unit
habitat and species Assessment
- habitat and species assessment is an analogue of the environmental impact assessment; its sense is the identification of possible impacts connected to the realization of the plans on the interests defended by the Act on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape
- a habitat and species survey of affected locality and subsequent preparation of the written assessment of the intended intervention on plants and animals makes part of the assessment as well
- habitat and species assessment is made in compliance with the provisions of the Act on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape; its preparation is ordered by the relevant nature conservation authority in administrative proceedings
- an authorization issued by the Ministry of Environment is obligatory for the preparation of the assessment – we are the holders of the authorization
